Hadapsar
The application form for admission to Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Preparatory Class, and Class 1 to Class 9 will be available on our website from 1st Nov, 2025.

FILLING UP AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM

  1.    The application form for admission for the Academic Year 2026-27 will be available from 1st Nov, 2025 on our website.

  2.    It is MANDATORY to submit to the School Office the printed Application Form to be eligible for the next round of admission.

School Office Timings for Submission

Parents must visit the School Office to submit the printed Application Form, along with the documents mentioned below, on any weekday. (Office timings: Monday to Saturday - 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)

INTERACTION

  1. Those parents who have submitted the printed Application Form in the School Office will be intimated about the schedule for the Interaction with the Principal.

  2. Please note that the interaction, once scheduled on a particular date and at a particular time, will not be changed.

SELECTION
Those students who have been shortlisted will be notified through email about their selection and the fee payment procedure. Admission will be confirmed only after the payment of fees is made within the stipulated period mentioned in the email.

Admission Process Pre-Primary Primary Secondary

ADMISSION DOCUMENTS

The following photocopied documents must be submitted along with the printed application form (originals must be shown for verification):

  • Birth Certificate with the child's name - from a Municipal Council / Corporation
  • Educational Certificates of both parents (self-attested)
  • Proof of residence (electricity bill, AADHAR card, etc.)
  • A formal passport-sized photographs of both parents and the child
  • Report card from the previous school (if applicable)
  • ₹1500 (non-refundable) for the prospectus and processing fee.
  • Aadhar Card Mandatory - Father , Mother and Student
  • Caste Certificate (if any) FATHER’s only.
  • Leaving certificate (if applicable once the admission is confirmed).

Note:

  • File should be in pdf jpg jpeg png PNG JPG JPEG Format. Size of uploading documents should be <= 3 MB.
  • File format for Child/Parent photo should be an image and not pdf.
  • Latest passport size photographs of the child, mother, father, (and guardian if applicable)

*Originals must be shown to the appointed school authority for verification.

An amount of ₹1500 (non-refundable) will need to be paid at the time of submission of the printed Application Form for the Prospectus and Processing Fee.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Filling out the Application Form does not guarantee admission.
  • Admission will be purely based on vacancies in the respective classes.
  • Age requirement of the child:
    • Hadapsar - Minimum 3 years and up to 4 years as of 31st December 2025 for Pre-Nursery and corresponding age for Nursery and Preparatory, respectively.
