Admission Process

Admissions for the Academic Year 2026 - 2027 are open!

Application forms for admission are available online on the website, strictly against available vacancies.

The academic year in Wisdom World Schools commences in June each year.
Admissions start at age of 3 to Pre-Nursery.
Classes of Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Preparatory will attend school only from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Class 1 to 4 will attend school from 9:00 AM to 2.30 PM.
Class 5 to 10 will attend school from 8:00 AM to 2.30 PM.

Parents must visit the school office to submit the printed Application Form along with the documents on any weekday.
Office timings: Monday to Saturday - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

FILLING UP AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM

  1. Application forms for the Academic year 2026-27 are available online on the website, strictly against available vacancies.

  2. It is MANDATORY to submit the online application form along with the documents mentioned on the website (see list of documents below), to be eligible for the next round of admissions.

School Office Timings for Submission

Parents must visit the school office to submit the printed Application Form along with the documents on any weekday.
(Office timings: Monday to Saturday - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)

INTERACTION

  1. Those parents who have submitted the printed Application Form in the School Office will be intimated about the schedule for the Interaction with the Principal.

  2. Please note that the interaction, once scheduled on a particular date and at a particular time, will not be changed.

SELECTION
Those students who have been shortlisted will be notified through email about their selection and the fee payment procedure. Admission will be confirmed only after the payment of fees is made within the stipulated period mentioned in the email.

ADMISSION DOCUMENTS

The following documents (photocopies) need to be submitted along with the printed Application Form:

  • A copy of the Birth Certificate of the child (self-attested). No Application Form will be accepted without a copy of the child’s Birth Certificate.
  • A copy of the Educational Certificates of both the Parents (self-attested).
  • A copy of the proof of residence (Electricity bill/ Telephone bill/ AADHAR card/ Passport/ Election Card - any one).
  • Photographs of both the parents and the child must be pasted on the printed Application Form (one each).
  • Report card issued by the previous school of the last class attended.
  • A copy of the AADHAR card of the child and the parents.

*Originals must be shown to the appointed school authority for verification.

An amount of ₹1500 (non-refundable) will need to be paid at the time of submission of the printed Application Form for the Prospectus and Processing Fee.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Filling out the Application Form does not guarantee admission.
  • Admission will be purely based on vacancies in the respective classes.
  • Age requirement of the child:
    • Wakad - Minimum 3 years and up to 4 years as of 31st December 2025 for Pre-Nursery and corresponding age for Nursery and Preparatory, respectively.
