The Role

Key Responsibilities

Greet & Assist

Welcome students, parents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects the school's values.

Manage Communication

Handle phone calls, emails, and day-to-day office correspondence promptly and accurately.

Organise the Front Office

Maintain a tidy, efficient, and welcoming front desk that keeps the school's daily operations running smoothly.

Education Graduate (Minimum)
Experience 2–3 Years, similar role preferred
Good to Have Prior ICSE school experience
Communication Excellent spoken & written English
Software MS Word, Excel & office tools

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum graduate with 2–3 years of experience in a similar front office or reception role, preferred.
  • Prior experience working in an ICSE school setting is a strong plus.
  • Excellent working knowledge of word-processing tools, including MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written, is a must for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with the ability to multitask confidently.
  • Strong customer service orientation with sound problem-solving abilities.
